Ingredients
- 6 egg whites (3 whole eggs)
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 cup of rolled oats, dry
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Steps
- Blend all of the ingredients above in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto a preheated griddle or skillet. Flip when bubbles have formed on top of the pancakes, about 2 minutes per side.
- You will have about 9-10 pancakes when finished, with 3 pancakes per serving.
