Blueberry Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp. of plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (or more) of milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
